Process

The process of annual evaluation is a professional and contractual obligation. All parties are accountable for following this process and ensuring timely review. The evaluation process is supportive of professional growth and development in order to ensure quality patient care and optimal outcomes.

Upon receiving notification of the annual evaluation from Cornerstone via email, the employee has 24 days to complete the performance evaluation process (including peer feedback and self-evaluation). Cornerstone will assign the appropriate performance evaluation tool for the nurse's role, and instructions are provided throughout the electronic evaluation. Review the following before you begin:
