Recharge Fees

Hybridoma Core services are available to all University of Michigan investigators. 

The Hybridoma Facility accepts requests from off-campus users on a contract basis, subject to on-campus demand.  Please contact (link to contact info) the Core to request an estimate of the cost for these services.

Hybridoma Core services are charged in an “a la carte” fashion so that the investigator is charged only for the work that is done.  For example, if the mice do not respond to your antigen, you pay only for the immunization.  When a fusion is screened, you pay individually to expand and work with each clone you select.  Some examples of estimated costs for typical uses of the Hybridoma Core are found here (make here a hyperlink to separate page service estimates).

These rates are effective July 1, 2016 and are subject to change as determined by the cost to provide the service(s) under the policies of the University of Michigan Office of Financial Analysis.
