Area V

Area V provides maintenance and repair services for North Ingalls Building, Brehm Towers, East Ann Arbor Health Center, and all off-site clinic facilities.

If you would like to make a request or for general inquires regarding ongoing work, please contact our Maintenance Service Center at 936-5054.

The following are some of the services provided by Area V:

• General Maintenance
  • Repair torn carpeting only to reduce tripping accidents
  • Repair/replace ceiling tiles
  • Replace lights and/or ballasts
  • Repair cabinets
  • Repair molding and cove bases
  • Investigate roof leaks
  • Repair and maintain interior tile surfaces
  • Investigate broken windows
• Skilled Trades
  • HVAC repairs, refrigeration, controls
  • Electrical repairs, switches, outlets, etc
  • Plumbing repairs, clogged drains
  • Carpentry repairs, doors, locks, closers
