Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and First Aid
How can I learn CPR so I'll be prepared for an emergency?
There are two organizations that offer CPR classes: the American Red Cross (ARC) and the American Heart Association (AHA).
American Red Cross (ARC) courses
- Here is a list of ARC First Aid and CPR courses.
- Find your local American Red Cross to find out more about CPR and first aid classes.
American Heart Association (AHA) courses
- Find an AHA emergency cardiac course (ECC) in your area.
After you take a course, it's a good idea to periodically review what you've learned.
