Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and First Aid
How can I learn CPR so I'll be prepared for an emergency?
There are two organizations that offer CPR classes: the American Red Cross (ARC) and the American Heart Association (AHA).
American Red Cross (ARC) courses
- Find your local American Red Cross and find out more about CPR, automated external defibrillator (AED) and first aid classes.
American Heart Association (AHA) courses
- Find out about AHA emergency cardiovascular care (ECC) courses.
- Use the ECC Class Connector to find a class in your area.
After you take a course, it's a good idea to periodically review what you've learned.
