Please direct reprint requests to kylaboys@med.umich.edu. Permission is usually granted, provided our requirements are met, as outlined below.
Articles may be republished, in full, without editing OR an excerpt may be reprinted, if the text is unchanged and the excerpt is identified as an excerpt. In either case, the following stipulations must be met:
- The republished article or excerpt must include the author(s)' and/or reviewer(s)' names and the date updated.
- Include "Content provided by the University of Michigan Health System" in the citation.
- In print, the URL of the page must be included.
- Online or in email, the URL must be included in hypertext.
If minor editing is desired, please include the changes you wish to make in your permission request.
