UM Mini-Medical School
Tuesdays, 7-9 p.m.
UM Medical School Campus
$60/person; $100/couple; $30/senior

Gain an understanding of how scientific research is translated into advances in medical practice and how medical students learn to understand, diagnose, and treat disease. Topics include cardiovascular disease, cancer, genetics, anatomy, and more. (Note: This program is not the Women’s Health Mini-Medical School program that was offered last year. This is a new program, sponsored by the Medical School, which will address general health issues and not specifically women’s health issues.) Registration is required.
