Tired woman why am I so tired?

Fatigue has many causes including:
• Sleep disorders
• An underactive thyroid (hypothyroidism)
• Use of alcohol, illegal drugs, or overuse of medications
• Depression
• Stress
• Chronic fatigue syndrome
• Lupus and other autoimmune disorders


brush up your sleep skills

• Try to go to bed and get up at the same time each day (including weekends).
• Avoid daytime naps.
• Don‘t drink alcohol in the evening.
• Don‘t drink beverages with caffeine (coffee, tea, pop) after mid-afternoon.
• Keep your bedroom dark, quiet, and comfortable.
