You will leave this session having learned a user-friendly approach to exercise and strategies for fitting fitness into your life. * Future Directions of Sexuality--Sex education in this country is based on our history of puritanical norms. In this session, you will discover how to ask your provider questions and get the answers you need, in terms that you understand. * Spirituality and Health--Work with a coach and an educator on how aligning values, purpose, and meaning can impact health and well-being. Learn some strategies for mind-body-spirit and health. * Healthy Menopause--This session will examine some of the physical changes women experience during menopause and beyond. We will offer practical suggestions for optimizing the transition and creating a healthy menopause. * Writing for Life--Join us for an interactive workshop for women who are interested in learning how to use "journalling" as a form of relaxation, meditation, and mind-body expression. No writing experience is necessary, and people who feel they "can't write" are especially encouraged to attend. * Fresh Ideas for Fast Meals--Learn how to translate nutrition knowledge into action at the supermarket. Learn what foods pack the greatest nutritional punch. Discover new supermarket products to create quick, delicious, nutritionally balanced meals. * Happier and Healthier Relationships--Gain an increased knowledge of the principles of healthy, productive relationships and get introduced to the tools and strategies for improving communication and enhancing relationships. * Spirit and Movement: Neuromuscular Integrative Action Technique--Learn about an expressive fitness and awareness movement program that offers a holistic approach to health.
