presentation with clips from the movie Super Size Me for the nutritional
answers you need in this fast food age. MCHC Auditorium and via
teleconference at some off-site

Join Dr. Kelch and members of his executive team in congratulating the PAL Charity Challenge participants, winning teams, and the charities they choose. Free healthy snacks for all in the Dow Auditorium/Lobby.
Summer Exercise & Relaxation Classes (May 5)
Motivating classes like Body Sculpting, Step Aerobics, Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates and more. Taught by some of the area’s best instructors, classes run from May 5, 2005 to August 18, 2005. Registration starts April 4, 2005.

Colorful Choices (June 1-30)
Getting enough fruits and vegetables in your diet is the single most important nutrition habit you can adopt for better health. Colorful Choices is a simple nutrition incentive program that encourages participants to eat more, and a wider variety of fruits and vegetables. Registration starts May 1, 2005.
Employee
Recognition Fun Walk/Run (June 15)
The Employee Recognition Fun Walk/Run takes place in Nichol’s Arboretum. Any proceeds collected from the walk/run will benefit the Special Olympics. Registration deadline is 5:00 p.m. June 13, 2005.

Energy Expo (June 15)
Come to the Courtyard for the Summer Energy Expo. We'll have a
dunk tank for charity, lots of healthy food, healthy vendors,
free chair massages, face painting and much more.
