This program focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of urinary stones which occur in the kidney, ureter or bladder.
Neurourology and Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery
Evaluation and treatment of patients with urinary incontinence and complex voiding disorders. Long term care for urinary tract function in patients with spinal cord injury, multiple sclerosis, diabetes mellitus, cerebralvascular disorders and other neurologic conditions. Urologic disorders in women including pelvic prolapse, urinary traxt infections and bladder disorders.
Male Genitourinary and Urethral Reconstructive Surgery
This program specializes in evaluating and treating patients with voiding dysifunction as a result of urethral stricture or obstruction, incorporating the study and treatment of congential and acquired diseases of the urethra and male genitalia.
The Male Infertility Program & Sexual Dysfunction
This full-service male infertility clinic is operated in close conjunction with the Gynecology/Reproductive Endocrinology department. Couples presenting with infertility undergo both medical and anatomic evaluations with the goal of finding a successful treatment for their infertility as a couple.
Urologic Laparoscopy (Minimally Invasive Surgery)
Minimally invasive surgery of most cancerous and non-cancerous conditions of the kidney, extensive or complicated blockages of the ureter, some bladder conditions where only part of the bladder needs to be removed, leakage of urine (incontinence), and prostate and other pelvic cancers. Laparoscopy provides patients with the benefits of pain reduction and shorter recovery time following major surgery.
