Project: To integrate information into an undergraduate biology course in LS&A on human nutrition and the long-term effects of diet consequences on physiology, particularly the gut, and general health.

Project: To develop 2 projects: 1) a module for two substance abuse treatment courses that address CAM approaches to the treatment of alcohol and drug use disorders and co-occurring medical and mental health conditions; and 2) a module addressing CAM approaches for the treatment of depression and associated conditions for a new comprehensive interdisciplinary course on depression.
