There are two ways to determine how often your pages are accessed on the www.med.umich.edu server:
  • You can check web access statistics for your site at http://www.med.umich.edu/i/webstats. In the "Basic Statistics" column, click on the month you're interested in. Then click on "Request Report" and scroll down to to your directory. (You can also use your browser's "Find in this file" command to locate your directory.) The number listed in the Reqs column (the number right before the filename) is how many "hits" that page received in the Summary Period listed at the top of the page
  • If you want to display a running "hit count" on a page itself, ITCS has a counter program that you can use.

Comments to: ASK-UMHS on Groupwise. If you do not use the UMHS Groupwise system, add @med.umich.edu to that to form a complete Internet address.
