UMHHC Payroll Office
The UMHHC Payroll Office is part of the Health System’s Human Resource Department. We partner with UMHHC departments and the University Payroll Office to ensure the accuracy of our employees’ payroll. We assist timekeepers and supervisors with payroll corrections, interpreting paychecks, investigating discrepancies, and Timekeeper training.
The primary function of the UMHHC Payroll Office is to monitor, adjust, and process all incoming pay and leave plan information for all UMHHC departments. The UMHHC Payroll staff provides assistance to all timekeepers, supervisors, and managers in problem solving employee(s) pay and leave balance issues. Pay Assistant's ranges are by the first two digits of the Employee ID number. For example, if the Employee ID begins with 76xx xxxx, you would contact the pay assistant with the range of 67-90.
Pay Assistants are also available to come to your office for 1-on-1 timekeeping assistance.
