Peer and Customer Feedback Tools
The group that revised the Performance Planning and Evaluation Form received feedback that there were various tools being used across UHHC, and departments wanted to use what worked best for them with their peers and customers. That is why the revised form has space for Peer/Customer Evaluation Summary comments versus requiring the use of a common form.
