Employment Laws and Bargaining Agreements
Supervisors at the University of Michigan Health System are bound by a variety of complex laws and employment agreements. The following legal resources should be examined when managing employees:
- Employment Laws: includes a list of government Web sites and laws relating to employment and human resource issues.
- Bargained-For Agreements: includes the entire contracts between the University of Michigan and the six different unions representing various employees. A list of job titles and pay rates is included in each of these contracts.
