**NEWSFLASH NEW TJC REQUIREMENTS FOR PSV**
There is a recent change to the PSV process effective immediately.
- Verification via the web must include:
- the printed date on the footer of the document (this is a printer setting)
- the signature of the person verifying the license/certificate/registration
- the hand-written date - instructions for setting your printer to print a date in the footer are found under “Forms & Templates” as “IE Print Settings for PSV”

Writing Job Specific Expectations
Departments are required to audit their employee's blue folders annually. The status of those audits need to be reported to HR quarterly. This is done by using the Blue Folder Audit Tool and sending results by March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31 of each year.
