The Clinical Simulation Center is proud to announce its new UMCSC Brown Bag Series!
To promote collaboration and best practices in simulation-based education and research, the UMCSC will be hosting a new Brown Bag Series. The series is intended to allow all clinical instructors from across the University the opportunity to learn and share best practices in simulation-based education and assessment. The series will offer something for everyone, with a broad range of topics relating to simulation-based education in medicine. Presentations will range from projects considered “in-development” from junior educators/researchers to presentations about successfully implemented curricula from the CSC Core faculty. We anticipate each session will offer attendees the opportunity to gain insights as well as contribute to a dynamic discussion in a non-intimidating, friendly setting.
The first UMCSC Brown Bag Series will be March 13th, from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. The Series will continue at the same time monthly on select days in the Clinical Simulation Center (located in the Towsley Center, G2400). The schedule is below. Please mark your calendars!
All faculty and staff are invited to attend. For more information please contact Deb Rooney, PhD, Director of Education and Research Clinical Simulation Center, firstname.lastname@example.org, (674-0102), or visit the CSC Brown Bag Series website at http://www.med.umich.edu/umcsc/education/brownbag.html
Brown Bag presentations and associated documents will be available at this site.
