The Noelle Birthing Simulator is a full sized articulating female mannequin with an articulating birthing baby and a full size intubatable and cyanotic new-born. Also, programmable hemorrhage using simulated blood and catherization with flow of simulated urine.

Postpartum Hemorrhage and Fundal Massage
- This postpartum uterus bleeds through cervical os and cervix
- The uterus can be massaged and it shrinks. Instructor then reduces bleeding
- Students can also administer medication via IV, IM or rectal sites
