Patient Packet and Consent Form

Enrollment in the GROW study is open to women who are:

• Between 18 and 45 years of age;
• Between 6 and 10 weeks pregnant at the first study visit;
• Carrying a single baby that is inside the uterus;
• Not carrying a pregnancy that was achieved through IVF, ICSI, GIFT, use of donor eggs, or therapeutically reduced;
• Planning to receive prenatal care through the University of Michigan Health System; and
• Planning to deliver at the University of Michigan Hospital.
