document can only be viewed with "Adobe Acrobat Reader". If you do not
have it, you can download it from
Adobe's
Website. When you click on the download links below, depending on how your Internet browser is configured, one of two things will happen: either the document will be opened on your screen by Adobe Acrobat Reader; in this case, print it directly, because the Acrobat Reader does not give you the option to save it to disk for printing later; or your browser will ask you what to do with the document; choose "Save to disk", then open it later with Acrobat Reader and print it.
