Welcome
On Wednesday, October 14, 2009, the National Transportation Safety Board held a hearing regarding the June 4, 2007 crash of a small jet airplane carrying four members of a University of Michigan transplant team, and the pilot and co-pilot. The jet crashed into Lake Michigan off Milwaukee while on the return leg of a Survival Flight mission to transport organs for a U-M patient.
