Cancellations received after March 5, 2009 will be charged a $10.00 fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations made after March 10, 2009. Substitutions are welcome.

1. We are trying a NEW LOCATION. DON'T FORGET!!!

2. If you need JUST a PAIN CREDIT for your license renewal, (and can't attend the whole conference) we are offering a SPECIAL - the pain management lecture is Thursday March 19, 2009 - the first lecture - if you want to come for JUST that lecture - we will let you come for the lecture - 8:30 - 9:30 am, and include the continental breakfast all for only $25.00.

3. We will be posting the handouts and information materials for lectures on line, for your convenience. Please print off the handouts and bring them with you to the conference.

4. COMPUTER USERS - we have made special arrangements with the conference facility to have a special area in the conference session room designated for computer users to bring laptops. (without internet connection) BE SURE AND DOWNLOAD YOUR HANDOUTS BEFORE YOU COME TO THE CONFERENCE . We ask that out of respect for speakers, and fellow conference attendees that you use your computer for note taking and or accessing the handouts only.

5. WE HAVE NOT RAISED OUR PRICES FOR OUR CONFERENCE SINCE 2006. (WED = $50.00, THURS = $100.00 AND FRI = $100.00)
