SURVIVAL FLIGHT employs the services of FAA certificated Air Carriers, including AIR METHODS CORPORATION (FAA Certificate #QMLA253U), who are solely responsible for control of all flight operations and staffing of flight crew. The attending medical staff on every flight is employed by University of Michigan Health Systems.
