President's Corner

Welcome to the John M. Sheldon University of Michigan Allergy Society website! The Sheldon Society is comprised of active, honorary, and emeritus members, all graduates of the Allergy and Clinical Immunology Training Program at the University of Michigan. The Society's primary mission is to reaffirm and perpetuate the principles of integrity, service, and scholarship exemplified by Dr. John M. Sheldon.

Through its ongoing support of the Division of Allergy and Clinical Immunology in the Department of Internal Medicine at the University of Michigan, the Sheldon Society provides a platform for teaching excellence in the areas of patient care, continuing education of allergists and immunologists, and clinical and laboratory investigation, and, most importantly, for perpetuating lasting friendships.

As we continue to develop our website, you will see updates on breaking and cutting-edge technology in the field of allergy and clinical immunology and an online "Members Only" directory with an approved list of members and their contact information for your use.

Best wishes,

Travis A. Miller
President
