Key and ID Office
The Key and ID Office is located on the first floor of the Med Inn Building and is open Mondays - Fridays,
7 a.m. to 4 p.m. *No ID cards can be printed after 3:50 pm. The staff issue new and replacement employee identification badges and keys. There is a $20 fee for replacement IDs. Key issue forms can be picked up from your department or from the Key and ID Office. If you have any questions please call the Key & ID office at 763-6376.
