The Entrance Services staff greets visitors, guests and patients as they arrive. They assist in providing a host of services at all major visitor entrances seven days a week. Entrance staff are at the University Hospital main entrance from 7am to 11 pm weekdays and from 7am to 9pm weekends. They oversee valet parking services, provide directions, assist with patient transportation/information and other miscellaneous customer service functions.

Valet parking is available for a fee at the main University Hospital entrance, and at the Cancer Center and Mott entrances. Complimentary valet is provided for emergency arrivals at all times. Entrance Services staff also operate the main Hospital Welcome Center and can be contacted there by telephone at (734) 936-6641.
