The tournament was held at the The Hamilton Farm Golf Club ("HFGC") Hickory Course in Gladstone, New Jersey -- the only 18 hole USGA par three rated course in the United States. Prior to the tournament, some participants relaxed in their well appointed private rooms at the HFGC Mansion.
The tournament was descriptively named "Drive to Ride" because a brand new car was awarded to the first participants to score a hole-in-one on each of the 18 holes -- 18 brand new cars in all! In addition to the 18 cars, a $1,000 putting contest was held at the end of tournament play. |

A separate closest to the pin contest was also held with a brand new Mustang Convertible given to the player hitting the ball over the water and closest to the pin on the 9th hole.
Another tournament highlight was cocktails and a casual dinner for the participants and their guests, with dinner being prepared by HFGC's extraordinary Chef Bruno Gubelmann.

Following dinner and end of tournament play, a silent auction was held. Participants were given the opportunity to bid on foursome golf packages at other incredible golf courses, art work, and other fabulous items.
