A focus on four themes
To improve self-management support without increasing treatment costs, QUICCC investigators are exploring creative uses of information technology and treatment models.
These include the full range of people who could assist someone with chronic illness, including other patients, family and friends, as well as patients’ health care teams within the following four themes:
