Dr.
Flory is a Research Fellow in the Department of Psychiatry's
Substance Abuse Section. He received his PhD in Biological
Psychology from the University of Michigan in 2005. Dr. Flory's
research is aimed at elucidating the enduring neuroendocrine
consequences of early life trauma and understanding how such
physiological changes may make one more susceptible to the
development of a substance abuse disorder in adulthood.
