Independent Consultant, LJ Vancouver, LLC; developed the fielded version of a data collection tool and the Wound Assessment Telemedicine System (WATS), a web-based system used in a research project to evaluate clinical accuracy of using a telemedicine system for assessing the status of pressure ulcers.
