Microsoft Word flyer and map templates for Health System staff
Facilities and Public Relations and Marketing Communications have partnered to bring you Health System building floor map templates. The templates are professionally designed in Microsoft Word with colors and logos that adhere to the Health System graphic standards and are intended for office laser printing or creating pdfs for emailing. Each template has the appropriate logo and a fixed background image. Use these along with our flyer templates (see links below) and style guide to create simple communication projects in the most efficient and cost-effective way. The styleguide is your resource for University requirements for print materials as well as using Microsoft Word tips and photography, printing and color copying options. Using the map templates:
These maps are sized to fit on one sheet of paper and allow you space to add your own text such as directions or other information.
1) Insert a text box or image or use the drawing tools.

Using the flyer templates:
1) Simply replace our “placeholder” text with your own by clicking your mouse pointer at the beginning of the text, dragging it to select the text you want to replace and start typing. Your text will retain the same formatting.
2) Delete the placeholder text and add your own pictures and text boxes.
3) Insert a text box or image or use the drawing tools.
