How to Apply
Please submit all application materials online by April 15, 2013 (11:59 p.m. EST).
To participate, graduate students must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents* and expect to complete their Ph.D. thesis research in 2013.
*Exceptional international applicants will be considered for a limited number of slots. Only domestic airfare is funded.
Applications should be submitted online and include:
- Statement of research interests
- Names of potential mentors from the U-M faculty
- One letter of nomination from your current mentor
A faculty committee will review applications. Strong, interested applicants will be invited to contact faculty directly in April and May to request an interview on Friday June 28.
