The Spine Program
The Spine Program serves as a resource to physicians and health care providers for education and treatment of back pain. Selected targeted assessments and treatment options are offered to patients with acute, subacute and chronic back pain. These include diagnostic, general medical, surgical and rehabilitation interventions. Our intention is to help the referring physicians succeed with their patients. If requested we can manage the patient's chronic pain. Our case managers provide ongoing communication to required parties in order to provide quality, effective outcomes.
