Leverage has been around at least since the Pyramids, but I thought this would be a good reminder:

1. When bending or putting internal or external rotation while working with heavy aluminum spikes as in a R.G.O., put your bending iron on the spike as you normally would.
2. Increase the power (leverage) by putting an extension pipe on the end of the bending iron.
3. A 2 foot pipe is usually good enough. You may find that you need to be CAREFUL!!
