Curriculum Guide
PIBS requirements for first year students are flexible--thus allowing students to concentrate on research rotations and the selection of laboratories. Students design course schedules compatible with training programs in which they are interested and begin recommended coursework based on the guidance of faculty academic advisors.

**Mentor and program selections are due at this point to allow the necessary time to ensure that your healthcare and stipend continue uninterrupted when you transition to the Ph.D. Programs. If additional rotations are needed, please contact the PIBS Office to make arrangements.
