Clinical Care

Hospitalists provide a wide range of comprehensive clinical care functions, including:

• Managing general pediatric inpatients
• Providing consultations for surgical and psychiatric services
• Coordinating sedation
• Performing circumcisions
• Supervising the newborn service
• Working closely with the Palliative Care Consultation Service and Child Protection Teams
