Admission is free for any of the day's events. In addition, prizes will be awarded throughout the day and include gym memberships, exercise equipment and clothing, personal training sessions, golf lessons and gymnastics lessons.

Attendees will receive a tote bag, complimentary breakfast and lunch. Space is limited to 350 and registration is required by Tuesday, Feb. 1. Attendees must be age 15 or older. Though the topics are focused on women, men are encouraged to attend too. Parking is $4 for the event in the Thayer Street structure but vouchers are available.
