Headaches
are common during pregnancy and rarely signal a serious
problem. The frequency and severity can vary. It is important
that you discuss with your health care provider what medications
you can safely take to relieve a headache (or any other
discomfort) during your pregnancy. After your first
trimester, you may take Tylenol if needed. Talk to
your health care provider before taking any other medication.
