Philosophy
of Care
We make sure that our patients
receive holistic care delivered through collaborative efforts
of multiple services and departments. Care is outcome-directed
based on goals determined by the patient, family, and healthcare
team.
Our
Nursing Team
Nursing care delivery is accomplished
through a modified primary care system. Nurses choose their
own assignments with continuity of care as a primary consideration.
Care management is also used to facilitate a smooth transition
from department to department and unit to unit throughout
the patient's episode of illness.
