Eligibility:
- Student
nurses are eligible for these positions
once they have completed a clinical rotation
including physical assessment and activities
of daily living.
- These
positions are limited and typically available
in early fall and late spring.
- A
resume is required.

- Nursing
assistants are paid $13/hr.
- These
positions are temporary and without benefits.
Interviewing
process and questions:
- Student
nurses are interviewed by the hiring nurse
manager and may be asked
for a clinical
instructor reference.
- Questions
regarding orientation, schedules, dress codes,
parking,
etc. should be directed
to the hiring manager.
- Available
hours and shifts are variable depending on
the patient care area and hiring manager.
Nursing assistant positions are different from
Certified Nurse Aide (CENA) positions. Nurse
Aide Positions are permanent with benefits. Information
