Overview
Marna has extensive clinical and administrative experience in a variety of roles in the Veteran's Administration in Buffalo, New York, Kaiser Permanente Northwest in Portland Oregon and as Associate Dean of the School of Nursing at Oregon Health and Sciences University. She remains as Affiliate Faculty in School of Nursing and Department of Psychiatry at OHSU. Her program areas of expertise are translation of science into everyday clinical practices, complex care planning, educational design, medical group partnerhip, healthy aging, self care, family caregiving, mental health and addiction, mentoring of executive leaders and communication. Over the last two decades she has been involved extensively in large scale IT and EHR implementations,
Marna has been on the Consulting Faculty at the University of Michigan School of Nursing and has also assisted in specific projects for Nursing Services a the UMHS in 2009.
