Professional
Overview
Charlene
has held a variety of clinical and leadership positions
over
the past several years. The majority of her clinical practice
was in the critical care setting. She achieved ANA certification
in Critical Care Nursing and maintained certification until
assuming a management focus. Over the last several years,
she has practiced at academic and non-academic health care
institutions as an Assistant Director of Nursing, Health
Center
Manager, Clinic Practice Administrator and in her current
Regional Nurse Manager position. She transitioned from
hospital-based
practice to Ambulatory Care about 8 years ago. Charlene is
a member of AAACN and GLANNG (local networking group).
