If a quorum is not met, a joint decision will be made based upon the agenda items whether to hold the meeting. If the meeting is held, any decisions will be postponed until there is a quorum for consensus. A quorum is defined as:
Nursing: Nursing Lead for Nursing Negotiations plus 2 managers or a director plus 2 managers
UMPNC: UMPNC Chair, MNA representative, 2 members or UMPNC Vice-chair, UMPNC Dispute Chair, MNA Representative, 2 members
HR: 2 representatives
