Eligibility to apply for advancement:

WHEN a Level “A” nurse can apply for advancement:
Level “A”
This nurse will be automatically advanced to level C on his or her 12 month anniversary date.
Level “A” who was hired and worked on a first unit less than 12 months and then transfers to a new unit:
This nurse will remain at level A on the new unit for an additional 12 months.

Level "C" nurse:
Any level C nurse can apply for advancement whenever he or she believes their practice and portofolio demonstrate the behaviors of the level to which they are applying.
