Peer Input

The perspective of a peer is a required element of the application portfolio for advancement to Level C.

Applicants are required to provide two current peer evaluations for the portfolio. The RNs you ask to provide input must have taken the Peer Feedback Class per UMPNC 2004 contract, paragraph 28E. There are TWO options for providing the perspective of a peer within your Level C Portfolio:

  • UMHS Nursing Peer Feedback Tool used on the units for your annual evaluation. Note that each peer should be asked to provide Feedback on 1-2 domains only...NOT all 5. Peer Feedback forms utilized for the Annual Evaluation process can be found on the Nursing Joint Implementation Team Web site (JIT):
  • Peer Input Tool, based on the Framework Domains and Behaviors
