An Application Portfolio Checklist guides you in navigating the framework process and helps ensure that all necessary materials are included. There are two specific checklists, depending upon level of application:
- Application Portfolio Checklist for Level C for the Unit process (word document)
- Application Portfolio Checklist for Levels D & E for the Central Committee process (word document)
Please check each box as you add an element to your application packet. Compile your Application Portfolio in the same order as listed on the checklist. Instructions and templates are provided for each required element. Examples are provided, as appropriate.
The Checklist should be the FIRST PAGE of your Application Portfolio. |
