Philosophy
of Care
We provide highly skilled cardiac
care to our patients in an atmosphere that values individual
diversity and uniqueness. We value education and seek to provide
it to our patients and ourselves. We respect our co-workers
and fellow team members and we strive to maintain the highest
of professional standards as we go about our work.
Our Nursing Team
Here, the unit focus is on total
patient care shared between RNs and non-licensed technical
staff. We are moving toward a managed care model, with the
managed care model being the selected method of care delivery.
