Philosophy of Care
Our philosophy on 4B is patients and families first. We support that philosophy by providing individual efficient care, and make sure no questions go unanswered.

Our Nursing Team
We offer an interdisciplinary, collaborative “Team” approach including: Physicians, Registered Nurses, Physicians Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, ICU Technicians, Physical Therapists, Registered Dieticians, Social Services, and Pharmacy to coordinate patient care from admission to discharge. Our team focuses on intricate care needs, while providing support and teaching to our patients and their family members.

Our flexible, compassionate nursing staff “Dare to Care” and go the extra mile to ensure a positive post-operative recovery experience for the patient.

4B offers a strong orientation program with team members who are willing to support each step of the way. We provide a great opportunity to utilize clinical skills, yet enable you to build new ones.
