Reporters and editors may reach members of the U-M Health System media relations team by calling 734-764-2220, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Eastern time, Monday through Friday.
For requests with non-urgent deadlines, e-mail the individual team members using the links from their names below. If you’re not sure which team member to contact, send a message to UMHSmedia@umich.edu.
After business hours (from 5 to 11 p.m. and 7 to 8 a.m.), and on weekends and holidays, members of the media may request one-word patient condition reports by calling UMHS operators at 734-936-6267 and asking to page the Public Relations person on call. Review the guidelines for patient conditions.
