The MedHub information portal facilitates, tracks and manages critical resident activities including:
- Rotation Schedules and Call Schedules
- Resident Demographics
- Resident Absence Requests (Leaves, Vacations, Conferences)
- Resident Duty Hours
- Conferences & Attendance
- Evaluations
- Medical Procedure Logging
- Reporting
- Communication
Specialized views of this information are generated for each user type, including residents and fellows, program coordinators, faculty members, Graduate Medical Education, hospital finance, paging, and chief residents. The integrity of the data collected is maintained by edit rules within the system. Rules, edit flags, 360 degree communications and back-end algorithms ensure the data -- which moves seamlessly across all stakeholder groups -- is accurate and properly documented.
